This site is currently a review build. It is not an instant-booking platform and does not create confirmed reservations, payment obligations, signed contracts, or guest portal access by itself.

Approval-first stays

All stays require owner review, availability confirmation, screening, payment/invoice setup, and contract completion before move-in details are confirmed.

No live booking in preview

Preview pages are informational. A public preview URL, if approved, is for review only and should not be treated as a live rental application system.

House rules

The listed rules include a 30-day minimum, no pets, no smoking, background check before approval, deposit requirements, and owner approval before payment or contract steps.

Final launch review

Production terms, privacy copy, payment workflow, contract workflow, and data handling must be reviewed before real guest data or payments are accepted.
